Will it hurt?

Our doctors will do everything necessary to locally anesthetize the area to be treated so you are numb and comfortable during your procedure. In addition, we can provide options for nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, or IV sedation if requested to maximize your comfort.


Do you accept my insurance?

We accept many traditional insurance plans.  Please contact our office at 972-538-3700 for any specific questions related to your insurance plan.


What payment options do you provide?

We accept cash, personal checks, and VISA, Discover or MasterCard. We also offer “ Care Credit “, a convenient financing program that offers options for interest-free payment plans.


What if I have an emergency after hours?

If you have not yet been seen in our office to establish yourself as a patient of record, please contact your general dentist.

If you are a patient of record at our office and have an emergency, please call our office (Flower Mound 972-538-3700 , or Denton 940-566-7070 ). After hours calls will be forwarded to one of our doctors – please leave a message with your name, phone number, your treating doctor’s name and a brief message regarding the nature of your emergency and your call will be returned. Please have a pharmacy number available if our doctor would need to prescribe medication. All calls regarding appointments, insurance information and accounting issues will be handled during regular office hours.


What should I do if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

If you think you may need to make it to your appointment, please contact our office and we will accommodate you in canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Out of respect for all of our patients, we require 24-hour cancellation notice.
